Who We Are

We are Bart and Lonnie, the owners of The Garage Door Guys. We are a brother team that works hard for our customers. The two of us come from parents that are hard working. They taught us to always do the best we can on every job. That’s why our customers love us, because we treat them right.

Lonnie and I are more than brothers and business partners, we are the best of friends. Our families do a lot of things together, like cooking out in the back yard and letting the kids play in the pool together. And, we take our kids jeeping every chance we get.

Us guys play well together and work well together. That’s a good thing for you, because that means you always get great service.

We had our garage door fixed by Allen. We are happy with the service. Our technician was on time and was very competent. He changed the whole unit, and spring, and gave lifetime warranty for it. We called in the morning and the tech was there by lunch, diagnosed the problem and fixed in less than an hour. It was extremely warm that day and he completed the job quickly and with no complaints due to the weather. I was very impressed with the professionalism by Allen. Got my new door opener the same day

I called at noon yesterday to set up an appointment and David arrived at our home the same day at 8:00 pm to install a new garage door opener! After I decided on which door opener to get, David got to work. He was very professional and informative. I was very satisfied with his work and he was finished in about 1.5 hours! I was very surprised that I could get same day service and glad to get all done in the same day. I didn’t have to take off multiple days to worry about getting the job done quick and done right! I called on Monday to get pricing and see when someone could come out and replace my garage door opener. They were available when I was on Tuesday and had great pricing! The initial call to them was very professional and informative. I was called back to confirm date/time of the appointment. The tech then called when he was 20 minutes away. Arrived on time. Finished repair work and explained to me what I needed to do to prevent another incident of damage to my garage door.
