We had our garage door fixed by Allen. We are happy with the service. Our technician was on time and was very competent. He changed the whole unit, and spring, and gave lifetime warranty for it. We called in the morning and the tech was there by lunch, diagnosed the problem and fixed in less than an hour. It was extremely warm that day and he completed the job quickly and with no complaints due to the weather. I was very impressed with the professionalism by Allen. I called at noon yesterday to set up an appointment and David arrived at our home the same day at 8:00 pm to install a new garage door opener! After I decided on which door opener to get, David got to work. He was very professional and informative. I was very satisfied with his work and he was finished in about 1.5 hours! I was very surprised that I could get same day service and glad to get all done in the same day. I didn’t have to take off multiple days to worry about getting the job done quick and done right! I called on Monday to get pricing and see when someone could come out and replace my garage door opener. They were available when I was on Tuesday and had great pricing! My technician came out and explained everything he was doing and verified the amount I was quoted. There were no problems and Robert even helped me set the codes and set the remotes! I like this company. David, the technician was on time, appropriately dressed, and very polite. Explained everything that needed to be done and got it done as quickly as he could – considering how hot it was in the garage. Great job! I called for an appointment and was able to have my garage door installed on the same day! They also gave me a great rate. My tech did forget the second garage door opener, but they had another tech out the day after I called to ask for it. The initial call to them was very professional and informative. I was called back to confirm date/time of the appointment. The tech then called when he was 20 minutes away. Arrived on time. Finished repair work and explained to me what I needed to do to prevent another incident of damage to my garage door. Tech was very courteous, well versed on repair and cleaned up work area once he finished up. Will use again for sure. ~Ralph H.
